Jaycee Labor Day Parade

The Dillon Jaycees are hosting a Labor Day Parade on Monday, September 2nd, starting at 10am! The parade will start on East Glendale Street, by the Bitterroot Trading Post, and make its way through Dillon until it reaches Montana Street, by the Carquest. There are cash prizes for the top 3 floats in a variety of categories, including the best use of theme, youth and adult organizations, and more, and the parade winners will be posted in the Dillonite Daily.

Parade participants must be at the assembly area by 9:30am the day of the parade. The deadline for entries wanting to compete in the float contest is August 23rd, but non-judged parade entries will be accepted until 9:30am the morning of the parade. Entry numbers must be displayed on the front left side of the float, vehicle, or animal in order to be judged. The Dillon Jaycees reserve the right to disqualify or reclassify any entry which does not comply with the rules listed in the Parade Entry Form.
